We are planning a trip for our 2 dgd (just turned 1 and 2.5 at trip time) Is there any place to get a schedule of charactor meets beforehand or do we need to wait till we get to the park?
thanks.

The best way to get specific character M&G times is at the park itself. There is a website that can tell you characters and how frequent they are, but it is really hit or miss if you go by that. There are certain places that Characters are kind of constant like at Animation Studio they have spots set up inside for Sorcerer Mickey, UP characters, and The Incredibles/Frozone....but they still take breaks (potty, lunch...etc)

I'm sure some one will have a link.

But I just wanted to mention if you have a Disney Visa there is a special character meet at Epcot. It is from 1:30-4:30 in Innoventions West. The characters are in a curtained room, so it's a surprise which ones you will meet (either two or three, we've had various combinations of Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, and Goofy). The photographer will take pictures and you get a free 5x7. You can go every day of your trip that you're in Epcot at those times.

My kids are not big fans of meeting characters out in the parks, but love this character meet.

My sister just went with her daughter (2.5) and they were really interested in meeting characters. They scheduled many character meals so they could eat and meet several characters at the same time rather than waiting in lines throughout the parks.

Each specific park has it's own 'Times Guide', which is available near the maps as soon as you enter the park. That will have when & where which characters will be that day.

Thank you. We did this when we were there in January. Our oldest dgd was 8 months at the time and we got the best pics of her with Minnie. My dd is so into planning right now so she was looking to see if we could get the info beforehand. I guess we will just have to wait till we get there.
