Where can we meet Belle, but in her yellow dress? She's my DD's favorite, but meeting her in Epcot wasn't the same for her last time.

Also, who are the visiting princesses with Rapunzel and Cinderella?

In MK, only at Enchanted Tales With Belle.

The two visiting princesses are typically Aurora and Snow--I forget who appears with who.

Belle is in her yellow gown at ETWB, but that is not a meet and greet. I highly recommend it though, it is great. Also she is usually the greeter at Akershus in Epcot.

When we went it was Cinderella/Aurora and Rapunzel/Snow.

There is a meet & greet with Belle at Epcot, but she is in her blue dress. We did the princess dinner in Norway, and she is there with 4 other princess/female characters.

The kids who participate in the show at Enchanted Tales With Belle get a quick photo (emphasis on quick) at the end of the show. Photopass is there. You can take one too, but you have to be really fast on your feet, and no flash is allowed. They do try hard to find a spot in the show for all the kids who want one. And no autographs.

I love that the photo here is in such a beautiful setting and has Lumiere up over Belle's shoulder. But the wait can be very long so plan wisely.

Right now, unless you are willing to spring for a meal at Akershus in Epcot, this is the only place to meet Belle in her yellow gown.

I still think it's sad that when they opened Belle's Village they made Belle harder to meet than ever before.

We did the character breakfast in Norway and it was one of our favorite meals and our top character interaction! It might be a different princess every time but before you're seated, you get to meet a princess and get a professional picture taken with her and at the end of your meal you get the picture in a mat to take home. For us, it was Belle in her yellow dress. During the meal the kiddos can parade around the restaurant with all the princesses and do the "princess wave" as you walk. My DD had so much fun

Beast as well.

The only bright side is what an attraction they've made of Gaston!

Akershus, Belle is here 95+% of the time, but not a guarantee:

But they haven't FP+ it yet. That'll be next.

As mentioned, Belle is in her yellow dress at ETWB and we saw her at Akershus breakfast and took our picture with her in her yellow dress. I don't know if she's always the one that's there, but she was last year.

Not a guarantee like meeting Cinderella at CRT. But pretty close to it.

Well, technically you get to meet her and greet her...

But, she won't sign autographs, and won't spend more than a couple seconds with you for a quick picture.

Did she meet her at Akershus or in her blue dress at EPCOT?. In 2012, we had a bad experience at Akershus too. The photographer was rushing so fast that DD didn't get to even talk to Belle. He didn't even give Belle time to get them posed for the photo. She was trying to pose them and tell him to wait and he just snapped the photo and rushed us off. Belle even told us she was sorry as DD was walking off. It was obvious she was mad at the photographer. There wasn't even a long line for photos either. We got a lovely picture of Belle with a surprised look on her face. We went back this year and it was much better. It was a decent interaction this time.

As others have said, the only other place to see Belle in her yellow dress is ETWB. It is a quick hello and rushed photo. If you are not seated very close to where they are taking photos, you may not be able to use your own camera to get one, they will not wait for you, nor will they wait for you to take a picture, you have to be very quick and snap while they are snapping. You are seated on rows of benches and you might not be able to get over to get an angle for the photo. We also saw a cm tell some people to remain seated once when they were trying to get up and move across to get a photo. We also found out our last trip, that you can't actually count on getting a photopass photo from ETWB. We got home and the code they gave us at ETWB didn't work. We contacted them and it turned out they had lost all the photos from our entire session of ETWB, so no one in there with us got a photo either. I've seen 2 other reports on the DIS of this happening to people at times different than ours. I'm sure it is pretty rare, but it happens. If Belle is her favorite and a photo in the yellow dress and some interaction with her is important, then a meal at Akershus is definitely your safest bet. It is your only option for your DD to get an autograph and to have any interaction other than just Hello.

We really miss her regular meet and greet at MK, and I think it stinks that there is no where at WDW you can have a real meet and greet with her in her yellow dress without people having to pay for a meal.

Belle is only in her yellow gown in Enchated Tales in MK, where you have to make sure if your child isn't part of the show, they line up at the end for a quick hug and picture.

Otherwise, Belle is at Akershus dining in Norway, Epcot

Rapunzel's visiting princess is usually Snow White, and Cinderella's is Aurora. They have signs out front of the hall saying whether it is one of them or a "mystery princess"

I heard once Cinderella wasn't there, she went the Fairy Godmother and Prince Charming in her place. ;) If Belle isn't at Akershus, Ariel becomes the hostess :)

I wondered when I posted that if anyone would have an example of an exception to that. I have to say that is the first I have ever heard of Cinderella not being there.

A friend of mine had either Aurora once at Akershus. But that was a few years ago.

Thank you for all the responses! We did see her in her blue dress at Epcot last time, but it definitely wasn't the same for my DD4. She didn't really recognize her that way. Looks like we'll be footing the bill for the princess meal in Norway. We were on the fence about it anyway. Thanks!

As a side question, do you enjoy ETWB? We've never done it and I was thinking about using FP+ for it. Worth it? Is it a good show?

Oh...and is Merida still in the parks? We have yet to meet her.

Merida is still there, and ETWB is a good use of FP+.

On the past two trips, we've been able to hit ETWB right before park closing or during EMH for a very little wait. Both times it was very enjoyable!

I think it is definitely worth a FP+ for a little girl who loves Belle. It is similar to the old storytime with Belle where the kids get parts and Belle tells her story. We were never fans of that, but ETWB we all like- it has some impressive special effects . The line is rarely under 45 minutes unless you go late at night. DD is a night owl, so we have done that before, but we used a FP+ for it in October so we didn't lose any MNSSHP time that night and we thought it was definitely worth a fp+ if you want to do it during the day.
