I thought I was on the list but now when I look I am not . Have I been kicked out for lack of posts or because I have to wear socks with my crocs? I tried to wear them naked but my feet sweat and I got a bad boo boo . If you let me back in I will share my chocolate with you.
I am at SSR from 8/27 - 9/3.

Count us in for Aug. 20-26 at POP! Got a wad of lime green Mickeys at Home Depot today. DD and I will be the ones with Mickey crocs, new Bagallinis and Mickey heads plastered everywhere we can think of! Look for us!

Since I am a NEWBIE here and have our trip schedule Sept 18-25 can someone tell me what is required of me to be a Focker Watcher and what is all the details. I did go and read many many pages about the lady who started it all, I understand what the Focker sign is... but where do you get teh Lime MH's Lime Crocs too, I LOVE CROCS but are they good for that much walking? 5-12 miles a day in the parks?

Just wondering... Give me the details please, I would love to learn more about this!
I know it sounds like a lot of fun!

We will be there from September 19-25 at POR FQ

Go to Home Depot...they have a line of Disney Paints, and they have chips in Mickey head shape...pick up a couple Alien Green Mickey heads. You can write your nickname on them and punch a hole in the top and attach to your backpack or fanny pack or whatever you carry in the parks. The chips are actually glued to a rectangle, you can remove them from the backing or leave them attached. You can also put one in your resort window so we know another DISer is in the room!

So far I have worn the same pair of crocs on two 8-day trips to WDW as well as various trips to other places like 5 days to NYC and 4 days to South Dakota's Black Hills and Badlands. They've walked more days than I can count shopping at the Mall of America and other trips to the grocery store, Target, etc. I wouldn't wear anything else to WDW.

My first two trips to WDW I had blisters so bad the first day I could barely hobble, and this with good broken in Nikes. The next trip I did crocs. Not a blister, not a hotspot in 8 days of walking my tail off, plus the travel days. I have Mickey crocs now and Jayhawk Crocs so those will be going on the next trip as well. Trying to decide if my pearl/lime Cleos will come along too, but I am a "crocs with socks" person (DH wears his without socks) so not sure I want to walk that much in the Cleos since I don't wear socks with them.

Yes you are there twice - under August and Sept and Yes you do have to share your chocolate - so hand it over before I get dangerous! (I'm PMSing)

What northie said, plus....
I put my LGMH from Home Depot in water for about a minute and then they are easier to peel off. I glue 2 of them back to back and laminate them with this peel and stick laminating paper I bought in the office supply section of SAMS.

The crocs are great! I wear socks with mine - if I don't I get blisters. However, I recently bought some scutes and do not wear socks with those. When we went to Dis in Feb, my DH did not wear his crocks the first day and his feet were hurting by the end of the night. The rest of us wore our crocs and our feet were fine. He wore his crocs the rest of the trip and his feet were thankful.

Crocs are great for Disney walking. I usually get blisters when wearing tennis shoes, but never a blister from Crocs. Perhaps we need the song again:

Hey Miz Diz--I changed my dates on you. We've added a couple of days to our trip (got GREAT airline fare!). Now, we're gonna be there 9/6-9/16. Right now, the plan is to be at ASMu on 9/6, AKL from 9/7-15, and at WL on 9/15-16 (for some strange reason we can't get AKL that last night ). It's a lot of moving, but we're staying at 3 resorts we've never stayed at before Oh yeah, I will either wear my Airwalks or my Adidas flip-flops (wore these last time--no blisters, and great during the rainy tropical storm!)
