Does anyone know if there is a character meet & greet with Mike Wazowski or Sully? I'm guessing it would be at HS. Any info would be appreciated. TIA!

You guessed right. There's a Monsters, Inc.-themed area near the Backlot Tour where you can meet both Mike and Sully.
