Meet Mickey Mouse?

Can someone tell me is there a place to meet Mickey Mouse at DL or DCA that is indoors but not a dining ADR. I know the Toon Town location won’t reopen until March.

I'm not sure about indoors, but I see him on Main Street. He's often near the train station in the morning.

At DCA, he is often out in front of Carthay Circle. It's not inside, but it's under a shaded awning area.
