Is there any other place (restaurants, etc) to meet (or get a picture) with these two other than the meet & greet at Epcot (Elsa) and Hollywood Studios (Mickey)? My kids love them but it seems like the lines for both can get pretty long.

If not we will grin and bear it but just wondering if there might be a restaurant or something I'm missing.

TIA!

The Anna/Elsa meet and greet is usually not that long. There are no FPs for it, and they have 3 rooms I believe, so the line moves pretty quickly. I think I've been through it 3 times so far, and never had to wait more than 20 minutes.

I have no idea about DHS mickey -- my girls aren't all that interested in meeting Mickey, so we haven't done it. I didn't even realize there was a Mickey meet in DHS.

*ETA -- but to answer your question -- Elsa isn't at any character meals. mickey is at a couple (chef mickey and tusker house) -- but not sorcerer mickey.

we were there in Oct. 2017. The line for Anna/Elsa went pretty quick. We waited maybe 15-20 minutes.

As for Mickey, we did notice that the wait time was pretty long. We went towards the end of the day and waited about 10-15 minutes there.

The Mickey meet in HS was always posted at 30 minutes the last couple of times we went. We decided to wait and I don't think it took even 20 minutes. You get Minnie, too.

Even if Anna and Elsa is showing a 20-30 minute wait time, it is likely much less! In February it said either 20 or 30 minutes. I had the time, so I figured why not and went to the entrance.

I went right to the holding area and then was shown right into Anna and Elsa. Nowhere near a 20-30 minute wait.

Where is Sorcerer Mickey in Studios? I may try to hop in there after Passholder Play Time before heading to Epcot if it’s somewhere convenient...

Thanks for all the responses! My kids have only been a little into characters before so we just did them in the restaurants but this time around they *love* Elsa and Sorcerer Mickey (and seems we can't do them at a restaurant). My son especially has said multiple times he wished he got a picture with him on our last trip (he was a little afraid at the time). Can't wait to see the looks on their faces this time when they get to meet these two :)

Maybe no FP+ is a good thing...we get to save it for more "adult" rides like SDD. LOL.

We went on Sunday 7/8 to Hollywood and about two hours after opening (7 am EMH 8 am reg opening) Mickey and Minnie were posted at 20 minutes we met Minnie first about 15 minutes after getting in line. I would say that the later in the day it gets busier. Most families will be at the "big rides" and TSL in the morning so earlier in the morning the lines are down.

As for Elsa first thing in the morning will be busiest because people will be getting off or going on FEA or breakfast and then pop over there, Between 10:30 and 11 before the showcase opens or around late afternoon have been lower lines. On 7/5 we were there about 12 and it was only 15 minutes.
