DH & I are just natural suckers when it comes to animals. These two are so different from others that we have adopted. Our last adoptee was so shy (still is) that we named him Bashful. The one before that was hurt by a dog and her coloring reminds me of a willow bud, so she is Willow. We also have a Blackie, Angel (who does not live up to her name), a Tinker, Miss Priss, Simba and Twiggy (not so twiggy any more).
I really want to keep them and we don't see any difference but I know we really shouldn't. I never thought I would ever have more than 2 cats and now I have 10!!! Who knew?
Earlier today Gracie got on to the trunk at the foot of our bed and curled up on my sports bra. Right now DH is getting after her because she is biting George. Even though she is smaller she seems to be the more aggressive of the two. But she is a sweetheart. George is just a big teddy bear. He loves to play, but can get too rough too.
Little Georgie looks like my little Chewbacca. We rescued two little darlings back in 2009 after losing my darling Meeko to cancer. Here is a pic of him and Button when they were LITTLE:
George is just a little bigger than Gracie. He weighed in at 2.2 lbs and she came in at 1.9 lbs. But she is feistier that he is. At first we thought he was beating up on her, but she does not take any guff and stands her ground against him.
Gracie has the cutest spot on the middle on her tummy, about the size of a half dollar. George is mostly white with spots on him.
