Meet and Greet Fast Passes?

I heard somewhere that there are FPs available for meet n greets, but I can't find anything official on it. Is it true? I would be thrilled to be able to use FPs for Rapunzel or Merida!

They do that at WDW but I have never heard of it at DLR.
