It would be a toss up between Don Henley or my favourite author Guy Gavriel Kay. I think I'm leaning towards GGK, because I would have more to talk about with him.
Although I think Alton Brown would be a lot of fun.
I'm torn...I've had a crush on Simon LeBon since 1981, so what I wouldn't give to meet him finally...but then, my favourite living author is Neil Gaiman, and I would love to meet him as well...

It would definitely be Mr Johnny Depp I think he would be a great dinner date as he is one of the most interesting people around. We live just a bit from where he was born, and I would love to talk Kentucky with him and about all his characters (especially Captain Jack of course).
I would have to say Jennifer Aniston. She seems so sweet and down to earth. Plus I'm sure she has some good stories. Maybe I'd find out what really happened between her and Brad! Haha.
Carrie Underwood would definitely be a close second though!
