Mediterranean independant excursions

My first post and very excited about our upcoming trip.
We are going on the 7 day mediterranean cruise. We are a large group and wanted to do independent excursions since the cost will be very high with the DCL excursions.

Any tried and tested port excursions in naples/pisa and
Pompeii

I have been researching independent tours for Pompeii/Herculaneum at least. Of several options Lucia Pompeii Guide had some more affordable tours and good reviews on Tripadvisor.

We just got back from our Mediterranean cruise and used italytoursharing.com they were fantastic. You may be able to join other groups already started for the day you are in port. Just go to their website and look at the dates you're going to be in those ports and it will show you tours that have already been started and how many seats are still available.
