They say the Mediterranean Diet is better for you, especially as you get older. Has anyone tried making garlic bread with olive oil instead of butter or margarine? Do you just brush a light layer of olive oil on the bread with a light sprinkle of garlic?
). Sometimes I also add a bit of oregano, maybe Parmesan if I can afford the fat calories, and have even rubbed in minced garlic instead of using the powder.
