Hi, I was looking into to maybe booking a visit to this show which I though would be good for the kids.

Has anyone been and could give some idea what it's like? Our kids are DD 10, DS 6, DD 4.

Appreciate any advice.

Hi,

I love Medieval Times and try to go every time I visit Orlando.

First thing it's worth knowing if you have youngun's is that it's very loud. A big part it whiping up competition between the different sections of the croud, so lots of either cheering or booing will be going on.

There's also a lot of free flowing alcahol and loud noises later on from the jousting.

So personally I wouldn't go with young kids.

Now I know that all of that stuff made it sound bad, but it's actually great fun, in a way it's very pantomime in nature, just a lot more grown up. The food is okay but not great, but you don't go for the food really.

Found this on the net:

Great thanks. Wasn't sure about taking kids but with your sound advise I think it may be best until they are a bit older. I was concerned about DD 4 so this was helpful

Anyone else have any advise? May even just go with my son who is 6 and will like it all.

I am going in two weeks time so will post a comment when we have been , looks like a good night enjoy a bit sillyness om holiday
