Medieval Knights or Hoop Dee Doo Revue

Hi:
We have a trip planned for October with our son's family. It has been many years since we have been to the Hoop Dee Doo Revue. We did enjoy it. They would like to take the kids (12 & 15) to a dinner show. They have been to WDW many times as we are owners at OKW. So, in addition to the parks, they thought it might be fun to do a Dinner Show. I was looking for opinions about Hoop Dee Doo Revue and Medieval Times and if anyone has attended other Dinner shows, those as well. We did Capone's with them a few years ago at Christmas. The show was fun, but DH got food poisoning, so it's out for us.

I have not been back to HDDR since they restarted but, i like the atmosphere and food better than at MT. So sad that they closed SPIRIT OF ALOHA.

I've only done HDDR so I can't comment on the other options. But I really, really like HDDR. The show is lots of fun. You'll come out of there singing and laughing. And the food is actually pretty good.

Both shows are great and you can't go wrong with either one. HDD is on property and MT is a bit of a drive but not bad. Both menus are similar chicken and ribs. HDD is all you care to eat so if the 12-15 year olds are growing boys that might be appealing. There is also AYCTE wine and beer for the adults. However, If the 12-15 year olds are boys they might prefer MT with all of the jousting and sword fighting. I asked my DH what he would choose and he said "tell them to do both"
