Do all prescription medications have to be in their origional containers for the cruise? What about vitamins?

laurenk - yes, it's advisable to have all prescription medications in their original container.

It isn't necessary for vitamins unless, as common sense would dictate, they are similar in appearance to any of the meds...

When we went on our last cruise, DH has a whole pharmacy to take with him!! We did take them in the original bottles along with the pill holder for everyday that he fills to carry with him and we didn't have any problems. I think we also took copies of the prescriptions with us just in case something happened and we needed meds while we were on the cruise. Also took them for the kids.
