Hi there,
I hope we don’t need to use this, but we’re going in 3 weeks and my mum’s mobility is still very limited after surgery for cancer.
what documentation will they accept? The website is a bit confusing! Will a letter from a GP be enough?
thanks,

Have you read this part on the website? They ask for 'a medical doctor' to give you a note. It doesn't have to be a specialist.

What is an Easy Access Card and am I eligible?
If you have a recognised Long Term Chronic Disease, we can support you with simplified (but non-immediate) access to our attractions. Present your Easy Access Card and 'appointment book' at an attraction, and we'll give you a timeslot during which to come back and ride. You can make a 2nd reservation when the 1st is over.

To get your Easy Access Card, you'll need an original medical certificate in French or English signed and stamped by a medical doctor and less than 3 months old, indicating the Long Term Chronic Disease and the number. You can find the list of Long Term Chronic Diseases here.

Ok im getting confused, I hadn’t realised the easy access pass and priority access were different. It says a medical certificate is not sufficient for the priority, but it is for easy access? Have i read that right? Sorry, this is all new to me!

That is correct with a doctors note you would get the easy access book which is similar to the way it works at WDW where you get a time to come back equal to the wait time. Then you can go rest somewhere and come back when it’s your turn basically through the express lane. The benefit at DLP is that there is a ton of other stuff to do other than the rides it’s easier to fill your wait time. Do the walkthroughs (like Aladdin or Nautalis or Alice‘s) or things with low waits (like the story book canal boats or Casey jr train) or just look at the beauty of the park- it’s sooooo pretty compared to WDW and, especially Disneyland. I’d also recommend considering renting a wheelchair because it’s just nice to have a place to sit sometimes!

We too are a bit confused with the new rules about this.

My boyfriend is diabetic type 2, it's on the list, but ever since he was diagnosed 12 months ago, he's not once seen an actual GP. It's always been the diabetic nurse. So we're unsure if DLRP will accept a letter from the nurse, or does it really need to say "GP."
