Med cruise links

Before the moderators deleted the stickies there was a sticky with all of the Med shore excursion and trip report threads compiled. Is this information still compiled anywhere, I can't find it.

There are 2 subforums up closer to the top of the page. The Cruise Line trip reports subforum has a sticky with all the Med trip reports.

SplashMountainMama! You're moniker is right up my alley...I typically ride that ride 20x!

I have found a few things to work best for me on the Mediterranean..there aren't really too many Med trip reports (I'm the kind that likes hundreds not 10-20 ) and most of them may have 10 pages of responses to posts that you have to read through...it's laborious! Andrew of UK has a good bit of information he posts on these threads (give him a minute he'll pop up with helpful tips!) and I've found that searching for the specific port city/review/cruise usually pulls up more recent reports on trip advisor or another cruise board.....I have been trying to compile a list of helpful tips on the port cities on my trip report http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2331754 As I find new information I put it on that first page so you don't have to go reading through pages of my indulgent chatter!

I am pretty much a diy traveler, so we most likely won't be using the ship's excursions...so I'm not much help there..but if you're a diy kind of traveler you might find some good tips on that first page. HTH! Oh, and also join your cruise ship meet thread b/c someone on your cruise might be looking to join up on excursions or have tips as well!

That "other cruise board" is cruisecritic dot com. Have you tried there? You can search by city.
