So last night I made the Meat Bobotie recipe from Boma/Tusker House... I thought I was going to hate it, but actually it was one of the best and most unique things I've ever eaten. Now I'm wondering if maybe getting a reservation for Boma for our trip in November may be an awesome idea... My only issue is that we spend very little time at AK, getting there from Pop just seems nightmarish. Is there anywhere else that serves it?

That recipe looks delicious!

I believe you can purchase a turkey bobotie during breakfast at the Mara (the quick service eatery at AKL): http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/diningdetail.cfm?restaurant.id=231

Of course, that doesn't make it any easier to get to than Boma. Boma is my favorite restaurant at WDW, it's definitely worth the trip!

Bobotie is my FAVORITE! Thanks for sharing the recipe! I've had it at Tusker and Boma, but can't tell a difference. Both are great. Thanks for making my mouth water!

Thank you guys! Bummer about not being easier to find, but I'm glad to hear it tastes the same at Tusker. Maybe I'll just go there again. LoL!

I'm obsessed with this dish right now.
