I have purchased a package with the Mears transfers, is there anyway I can get a credit so that I can use a town car instead? I have just heard so many terrible things about this service.

Have you contacted Mears regarding refund?

I have talked to someone who works for Mears regarding terrible messages about bad services from Mears. She informed me Mears and towncars are totally different. But there are good Mears drivers. You can file a complain to Mears if the driver is bad.
