Mears towncar service (not shuttle)

Hi All,
Just a quick question, has anyone used the towncar services that Mears provides? I know they have the shuttle service but I'm interested in a towncar. I was interested in Happy Limo but checked tripadvisor & their recent reviews were awful so now I'm not sure what to do. Hope someone can help!

Yes, I've used them several times (most recently in December and January) and have had great experiences with them.
