Mears tipping

How much do you tip the Mears driver each way, from MCO to a WDW resort? I've read that you generally tip towncar / limo drivers $10 each way. Is it the same for the Mears drivers?

We tip Mears drivers like we do the Bellman. $1 per bag since they load the luggage in and take the luggage out.

When I used Mears, I did $1 per bag too. They do not have the personal service that TTC does. With TTC, the driver waits in baggage claim for you and helps with the luggage to the car. With Mears, you have to haul the luggage out to the curb and wait for the van or bus. Mears usually has several other parties in the van or bus (who will presumably tip also), TTC is just your party. I tipped TTC $10 each way.
