Mears Taxi Rates to Universal from MCO

Does anyone know if the "Mears" company runs a whole fleet of taxis that run 24/7 at the airport, or are they just a type of car that I would have to reserve? They have a calculator on their website that lists a 1-way trip from MCO airport to universal for only $32. That means its abou $65 round trip, which is cheaper than their shuttle service or towncar service for 3 people...

Anyone have any general opinions about using Mears? Our flight arrives in Orlando at like 11 PM and we depart Orlando 5 days later at 7 AM, so having reliable transportation would be important...

call for a ressie in advance

they use a shuttle bus, a mini one for some of the locations they travel to.
a van for other destinations.
it depends on the demand of passengers and time needed.

you are charged per person.
car service is covered for up to 5 people for the same rate as one

you are saying that they charge per person for a shuttle, but for car service, it is a single charge, correct?
