Sure- you can tell Mears whatever time you want - but I'd double check a few things before cutting it too close ---- Like- If you have to check baggage- then how long is the line for check-in (You'll also need your boarding pass to get thru the security line), and how long will the security line be at the time of night that you are flying (this depends on the day of the week / season too of course). I have no idea where you could get this info (although, from the looks of it, Mears has it built into their pick-up times) - but I fly in and out of MCO about 4 times a year, and have seen the security line as short as 10 minutes ( a week ago, at 10:30 am), and as long as 1 1/2 hrs. (last Sept. for a 6:00pm flight). Last September, I asked the TSA what the deal with the line was, and they said that the line always gets much worse in the afternoon hours.
Having said that - if you go to Mear's site, and plug in your travel dates and times and resort (as if you were going to make a ressie), it will tell you right then what the pick-up time will be.
I used them last week because I was traveling alone with my 3 yo (free on Mears) so it was much cheaper than taking a town car (or a rental, which is what I usually do). We didn't have any problems at all. We were picked up promptly at 9:15 am (at AKL)for a 12:30 flight - got to the airport about 10:00 am (after 2 stops at other resorts) (at one of the resorts, the driver waited 5 minutes, checked with CBR's bellhops to see if someone had called to say they would be late, then left when no passengers arrived )- had a leisurely trip thru the airport, a little MCDonalds for lunch and off on our flight - Very low stress - and I'm the type who usually cuts it way too close, so it was actually sort of refreshing to not have to worry about that!
How's that for a very wordy answer to your question?
