Good morning everyone!

Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend! Boy, I can't even remember what we did yesterday and we didn't even have a party..lol Oh yeah, my first secret shopping assignment. It was for a chain pub and grille. They didn't do so well :confused3

It's really pathetic when the place is only 1/10th full, it takes 10 minutes for someone to even come over to you and take a drink order, and there is a spill on the floor that remains there the entire time we were there. The waitress even stepped in it, looked at her shoe, and continued on. :rolleyes:
