What does "Signature Dining" mean in Disney's "Dining Experience" descriptions? Does it mean that patrons should be a little more formal in their dress? If so, how much, nice pants ok for women? Any other meaning?

How about "Special & Unique Dining"?

Thanks

Signature Dining represents Disney's more upscale restaurants (for those on the DDP, it typically means 2 TS).

The dress code is business casual. There are specific dress guidelines provided by Disney, however, they are not always enforced. A shirt with a collar will go a long way towards being acceptable and comfortable. The only exception is Victoria & Alberts, which is quite formal (think jacket & tie :sad2: ).

When we go, we usually wind up eating mostly at these restaurants (the Flying Fish is one of our favs) as the food is generally pretty good.

My advice is to try 1 or 2 and see what you think!
