Meals to freeze?

I want to stock my freezer with some easy meals that I can thaw and bake for when school gets back into session. I have found some recipes on some websites but I wanted to know if anyone has some they have actually made and enjoyed?

Lasagna!!!!!! Its great to just throw that baby in the oven after a long day!

I have froze leftovers such as chili, lasagna, meatballs, meatloaf....and have also made hamburger/teriyaki hambuger patties-uncooked, marinated chicken, pork ribs, meat....just tossed them into the freezer, thawed them out when needed, and then cooked or grilled them.
You could even make cookie dough, freeze them and then when you want fresh cookies, just get some of that dough and bake it.

You may want to look at crockpot recipes as well. They are a god send

spaghetti sauce is a good one. I just made a large batch of it yesterday, just divide it into plastic containers and freeze.

Rice generally freezes well. Pasta can be tricky--it's best to undercook it before you put in anything you're going to freeze. Potatoes do not freeze well.

We always freeze "skettie" sauce and lasagna.

One of my favorites is Enchiladas I used to make a huge batch and divy them up in to smaller containers. The recipes i orginally used is from allrecipes Chicken Enchiladas I but instead of roilling i just layer it like lasanga

we make a chili called Indian summer Turkey chili (it is a Rachael Ray recipe, but we customized it) and it freezes well. I would think any type of chili would.
