meal vouchers

Hi, ive just read on the DLP site that if you book a three night stay in november that three meal certificates per person is included, i am not sure if i have read this right or not but would it mean its a bit like the free disney dining plan or would i have to pay for the vouchers, and help would be most welcome

I had a look at the official site but cannot see the offer about free dining.
Here is details about the voucher. It gives you the option to pre-pay for your meals. As it is quite new I don't think many have tried it yet
