If you choose to not purchase the Dining Plan, do restaurants seem to mind if you share a meal? There is only DH, myself, and DS 11, and he and I can usually share a meal, and we don't normally order appetizers or desserts. Has anyone ordered a meal to share, and if so, do the restaurants seem to mind if you do? Thanks for all the advice. This is all very new to me.

You can share!!! We did. Enjoy the dining plan, it's the only way to go in my oppinion!

Lesley, what a beautiful photo! Are you saying that on the dining plan they still don't mind if you share? I was actually thinking about NOT purchasing it, and then sharing a couple of meals here and there. I'm just afraid that we will never eat the amount of food that we pay for on the dining plan. Again, thanks!

The only place you can't share is at a buffet style meal. As far as desserts and appetizers go, I don't normally order them either, but I have noticed that when I exercise or do a lot of physical activity I am much hungrier that day, so I think that will balance out for us.
