I'm confused! Can someone explain the meal plans to me? Is it a good deal?
Thanks :flower:

I don't qualify for a meal plan because I am a DVC owner. To qualify you must have a room that you are paying full rack rate for, or using AAA package. There is a wonderful write up on www.mousesavers.com and I am sure Deb had a great one too at www.allearsnet.com

Basically for $35/$10 a/c you get 1 counter service meal, one sitdown meal, and a snack a day. You do not need to use them in that configuration you can have an all counter service day, and skip a day, and use three in one day if you want. Also you can use a sitdown meal as a character meal.

IMHO it is a great deal if you like food and eat at places like Le Cellier etc , your 1 meal at those places could easily exceed the $35...and don't forget that includes taxes and tip (I believe). Check the Menu's at ALLEARS too. And a Kids breakfast alone at Chef Mickey is more than $10 when you add the tax and tip. Word of warning, what you don't use you loose, and some early participants did mention difficulty using the system.

But that's all I really know...check out the sites!!!
