Meal Plan/Menu with under 3s

Hi all,

Will be travelling with my daughter next Feb who will be around 18 months at the time. Can I ask what's the accepted etiquette around infants of that age in restaurants? I notice all seem to be ages 3-11 on meal plans/menus so is it expected that anyone under 3 eats part of their parents meal?

You can also order from the child's menu (or adult) and paying the price for it. Up to you and your child.
