Meal left-over Credits at the end of your stay

I remember 2 years ago, we have like 2 meal left-over credits and the cm was able to change one meal for 3 snack credits.

Is this still valid or no?

Ok, thanks a lot for the info.

We did them for the 2 previous trips: AS Sports and Pop but that was more than 2 years ago so I am not sure if they have changed the policy already.

Last fall at CBR, they didn't. We tried several CM's. In the end we exchanged them 1 to 1 ratio as we would have gotten dessert with the CS credit. We didn't have time to run around different resorts as we had to leave for flight. I think it is not consistent resort or CM wise.

The best luck has been at the food courts, but even there it's not guaranteed. Likewise if a CM does allow it, the ratio varies - anywhere from 1 or 2 or 3 snacks for each CS credit.

What is allowed within the dining plan is to choose 3 snack items (usually a savory, a sweet and a drink) and have it rung up as a CS credit.

Thanks for the info. I hope they will allow it when we are there. In any case, we can always grab some food and ask them to go and eat them at the airport.

We used just got a meal to go for the plane ride home. We went to Wolf Gang Express in DTD and got sandwiches to go. Better than airport food.

Anyhow, what we do is find a family in line that looks like they are nice and would appreciate the surprise. I then approach them and ask if they're on the dining plan. If not: magical moment.

I don't know how someone wouldn't have credits left over on the deluxe plan (seems like a huge water of $$$). So much food.

I love the standard plan and always get it. We plan it out, use all our credits, and SAVE a ton of $$$. I save all our receipts and we have always come out ahead on the standard dining plan.
