Meal Hours?

On the 4 day cruise, what are the hours for breakfast and lunch? If we want to explore Nassau for a while and come back for a late lunch and put DS in the Lab, what time should we head back to the ship for lunch?

Breakfast: Beach Blanket Buffet is open 7:30 AM - 10:00 AM. Tritoon's is open 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM. Parrot Cay is open 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Pluto's (Express Breakfast) is open 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM.

Lunch: Triton's is open 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM. Beach Blanket Buffet is open 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM. Of course, there's always Pluto's and Pinocchio's for lunch also.
