Meal discounts with annual tickets?

Hey, we are trying to decide if we should buy annual passes. We love taking advantage of the dining plan but you can only get it if you buy a package with at least a 1 day pass. Do annual pass owners get any other discounts on food?

There is a list of the dining discounts on Allears, by restaurant. It used to be near the bottom of the list on the left hand side. It has AP, TIW and DVC discounts on the list and how much each is I believe. Hope this helps.

The AP discount alone is 10% at a few participating locations.

With an AP, you have the option to purchase a TiW card (currently $100), which affords you 20% off of food and alcohol purchases at most Disney dining locations.

We love the TiW card. It's so much better than the dining plan because we can order what we want and it actually saves us money. As a family, the dining plan saves us NOTHING, so TiW works out so much better for us.

I second the TIW card. I love it. We bought it last year, saved us hundreds. If you like eating table service, its a good deal.

If you have an annual pass you can get a ticketless package that is just room and dining plan. I have done that in the past combined with an AP discount room.

This. AP holders and DVC members can purchase the DDP without tickets. When both of my kids were under 10, I went that route. When the oldest turned 10, we bought a TIW card. That way either kid could order whatever they wanted and we got a good discount. We go once per year and are able to use if for 2 trips, so it was completely worth it!
