Meal Deal Souvenir Cups

I'm a little confused and hoping someone cam help me out.

I'm thinking about purchasing the Souvenir Cup things. The info doesn't mention anything about having to pay for refills. It just says unlimited refills.

But I've been reading around, and people keep mentioning paying for refills. How does that work?

Also (and maybe this is a stupid question) but what do you do with your cups while you are on rides? I don't imagine that you can take them on the rides with you.

The refills are free at Meal deal locations on the day you have purchased the meal deal. If you save the cups and use them on another day, you will pay for refills.

The free refills are only at the places that offer the meal deal and only on the date that you have purchased the meal deal. The refills (where you pay) are at almost every counter service and food booth and you can get refills for as long as you have your cup.

Do you know what you do with the cups while you are on the rides?

I take them on the ride except at Hulk, Dueling Dragons, Men in Black, and Mummy. At those places I just use the free lockers at the ride.

Oh yeah, duh! LOL

We went US and DW 2 years ago, when our 2 youngest kids were 4 & 5, and we rented a stroller, so we just left everything on those.

They are now 6 & 7. Do you think it's a good idea to rent strollers again? We are only doing IOA this time.

Also, any tips in general? There are 6 of us going - DH, me, and our 4 kids, ages 15, 12, 7, & 6. We are going April 11 - 14.

Also has anyone stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn near US? I'm hoping it's nice, and I'm also wondering if it really is close enough to walk.
