ME with late flights

Can we use ME if our flight arrives at like 11 at night, and if our departure is at 8 at night?

On one of the threads that came out when ME was first being introduced I found a part that said the Welcome Center at MCO is officially open from 6 AM - 11 PM BUT they will run the service ANY time a family with reservations is coming in. So just be sure ME knows what time your flight is arriving. Going out shouldn't be an issue at all because you will have to leave your resort about 5 PM for an 8 PM flight.

For a late night arrival in Orlando it is important to have something in writing about your ME reservation, or at the very least get the names of people you talk to on the phone. You don't want a messup to be a he said she said argument.

One thing I go around suggesting, if you prefer, is to stay at an airport hotel that night and take ME the next morning. For this, find some random airplane flight that arrives early the next morning and tell ME you are coming in on that. Completely eliminates the possibility of being stranded at the airport.

I spoke with a CM at the ME center. She said that as long as you have a reservation with ME, someone will be there. Our flight is supposed to arrive at 10:23pm, but it never seems to go that smoothly for us. She said that they keep track of flight numbers so they know if your flight will be late. I was also told that there would not only be someone at the welcome center, but a CM with a sign still working too, no matter what time...again, as long as they know you are coming. How many times will I call to check???

She did recommend that we get our own luggage as it would be delivered in the middle of the night if we sent it with the ME people. I would have done that anyway, don't like to leave things to chance!
