ME - "Unable to determine..."

Hi all! We're using Magical Express for the first time and the luggage tags and bus tickets just arrived!!!! One question, though. We are flying Southwest. On the flight arrival information page where the arrival date is supposed to be listed, it says "unable to determine flight time". The airline and flight number are listed and correct, but with no flight time????? The arrival date appears correctly on the transportation voucher, so I assume that is OK. Should I call Disney??

I would think that as long as they have the correct resort information, everything would be fine.

I know I would call just to make sure, but that is they type of planner that I am ..... have to make sure everything is right...

Not a problem. You can certainly call DME (number should be in your packet) to let them know your flight time, but you don't have a reservation for a specific bus at a specific time. You make your way down to the DME counter and check in; they direct you to the line for the next bus going to your resort; you board the bus and relax!

The same thing happened to me. I, like you, am an unrepenetant planner and immediately called. The DME CM said not to worry; as long as I have the yellow tags listing the correct resort, all will be well. Have fun!
