We got ours 23 days out. We leave next Sat. for our trip. I would call them and find out what was up. We are doing a Grand Gatherings and everyone in the family got ours on the same day. I couldn't hurt to call them. Here is the phone number for ME 1 866 599-0951. Good Luck.
