I hope someone can help me, because I leave in 3 days!

I have my yellow ME luggage tags. They came in two strips with a perforation down the middle. I separated the two strips. Now, do I have 2 tags, or do I cut the tag strips in half to make 4 tags? The strips seem awfully long to be single strips, but there's no horizontal perforation to indicate making 4 tags out of them. How many tags does each person get, 4 or 2??

Also, the back of the tag has a removable strip with sticky underneath it, but the instructions say to remove ONLY the small square piece at the bottom, and attach it that way. I don't understand why the whole strip would have the sticky under the peel-away paper, but have instructions not to use the whole sticky! :confused3

I went through this process back in December, but somehow it was easy to understand. Dis they change the tags/instructions??

Please help, my family is fighting each other on who's right, and when I called the ME phone number, the CM didn't have a clue about how to apply the tags!

You get 2 tags, what you do is just remove the small square of sticky, thread the strip through the handle of your luggage (so now you have a U shape around the handle) and stick the ends of the strip together. If you peeled off the entire backing, then it would super-stick itself to your luggage & you'd have a tough time peeling it off. The reason they make it this way is, it is much easier to print it on a full sheet of sticker paper than to get custom-made paper that only peels off in certain areas.

Does that make sense?

Two tags per person.

See the recent thread on this board, HELP w/ yellow Magical Express Tags!?.

Take a look at the picture of the yellow tag attached to a suitcase handle in this MousePlanet article, Express Experience.
