ME reservation question

We are going to Disney 11/9 to 11/16. I am waitlisted 11/9 at SS, but I have a cash reservation for a family suite at All star Music for that night. I have not signed up for magic express yet....hoping that my wait list will go through soon and then I can set everything up. How long should I wait before making reservations with ME. I don't want to wait too long and not have time to receive the paperwork from Disney. I will need ME to either go to ALL star Music or SS...If I set it up now and the wait list goes through, will that mess up my transportation? Sorry for the dumb question!

I would go ahead and book ME now and then make changes if your waitlist comes through. 11/9 is at the beginning of Veteran's Day/Jersey week, plus it's the last day of the Food & Wine Festival so you may find that your waitlist does not come through at all. If you make your ME reservation now and the waitlist comes through you can just rebook it with Member Services at that time. Once you cancel the cash reservation the ME will be canceled with it so you'll be all set.
