I recieved my tags today. I see a return voucher but nothing for the arrival. Do I just check-in and they have me on a list or do I need a voucher?

As long as they have your information, as it seems they do, then just go to the DME desk like normal. Plenty of people never even got their packet and they turned out just fine, so I wouldn't worry about it. But maybe that's just me.
