Our flight home is at 7:40 pm. What time will we have to catch ME back to the airport? Are there set times like 3-4 hours before a flight? We're only taking carry on luggage so we will carry these on the bus with us. Thank-you.

3 hours for domestic flights and 4 hours for international, so 4:40PM for your domestic 7:40PM flight. Please get to the bus stop a few minutes early. They will not wait for you if you are late.

The resort will give you a packet letting you know when to be at the ME stop to be picked up.

But it is 3 hours before your flight departs. They ask that you be at the stop 15-30mins before your bus time.

So a 7:40 departing flight they would ask you to be at the ME bus stop ready to go at 4:15 or 4:30.

On the trip to the airport, you can use RAC (resort airline checkin) if you are flying on an eligible airline. RAC is open between 5AM and 1PM. Then your bags go on a truck to the airport.
If you do not use RAC , yes you have to carry your checked bags to the bus..

Keep in mind that you need to be at the Magical Express bus stop, carryons in hand, 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time. They will not wait for you if you are not there, and the busses do sometimes come early.

If you miss your scheduled bus you will have to find your own way to the airport. IF there is another ME bus coming along they MAY be able to get you on, IF they don't expect it to be full. No guarantees.

No sorry a typo, it is 5Am to 1PM on day of travel only. Delta is eligible.

Your luggage must be completely checked in 3 hours before your flight, but no more than 12 hours before your flight.

and... you will get a phone number to call to pre-pay for any checked baggage. the morning of your departure, try to bring your bags to the RAC desk as early as possible. it could be a 20-30 minute wait otherwise, get there early and it wont take but a few seconds.

we normally pack up before going to bed the night before. wake up and get our ME stuff off the door, carting the checked luggage to the RAC desk by 6am. Head back to the room to get ready for the day. once ready, leave the room with carry on luggage in tow, dropping it off at the bell services so you can enjoy your last day in the parks.

just thinking about it gets me a little sad.
