ME question...Okay to catch ME from a different resort?

We are doing a quickie trip in October. Our flight departs at 6:00 pm. We were planning to check out of our resort (Pop) and send our luggage to the airport early in the morning, then head out to Epcot for a few hours.

Can we catch ME from a resort near the park, ie BC/YC or BW? It would save time rather than going all the way back to Pop.

Nope, others have asked DME this and been told that they have to be picked up at the resort they are departing from.

Or if the extra park time is worth it to you, consider getting a taxi at Epcot and going to MCO from there.
