ME question and car rental question

First...
We are planning on flying into MCO on July 4th but we will be arriving at either 9PM or midnight from california. We are not planning on going to WDW that night because the PIN code I got is not valid on July 4th. We are planning on staying at the holiday inn at the airport and making our way to Disney around 7 AM via magical express. Is this possible? How do we go about doing this? Do we even have to give them flight information if we are going to have our bags with us and if we are coming from an airport hotel?

Also, we need to rent a car to drive from WDW to West Palm Beach. We can get a rate of $65 from either the Car Care center or from the Dolphin resort. How do you get to those car rentals and which is teh easiest to get to?

Flight information is not absolutely necessary except some CM's work better with single whole numbers as opposed to two numbers separated by a colon (a time). Pick a flight, any flight, any airline arriving at about the time you are ready to take DME to Disney. Doesn't have to be all that accurate.

To the Dolphin: Take a bus to a park and transfer to a bus for the Dolphin.

To the Car Car Center: Shuttle service is available by appointment, or you can go to Magic Kingdom (or Epcot), take the monorail (or ferry from MK) to the MK parking lot, take the tram to the outer reaches, and walk the last half mile.
