ME package question

I have a question about ME - we just got all of our packages - .
My MIL and nephew are in the same room - my MIL is arriving from Montreal, and my nephew and the rest of his family are arriving from Detroit. We all arrive at different times so our plan is to meet up at the hotel.

Now the question - should I photocopy my MIL pages from her ME booklet and give them to my BIL for my nephew because he will need that to get onto the bus.

You could but you really don't need to. As long as he is listed on the room reservation, and is listed as having a ride on DME, they can bring him up in the system when he gets to the checkin counter at MCO. He will need to show ID to prove he is who he says he is though.
