ME: only a few members of group?

Does every one on a room reservation need to use ME?

We are planning to book two rooms for our next trip. One for DH, 2 kids, and I and one for my parents and my older DD. (We would do this for occupancy limits.) Our DD will be travelling with us (we drive), but my parents would fly. Can just the two of them use ME? Will there be an issue if DD doesn't travel with them?

We're planning to get them an early flight and just meet them at the resort to check-in and get our keys/tickets.


I'm sure this has been addressed before, but I didn't find an answer in the ME info. Thanks!

I was told that you can do this just to let them know when you book the rooms!

Not a problem. Just add DME to their room reservation. It won't be an issue that your dd won't be traveling with them.

My parents want to stay at CSR or CBR, but the only way we can fit is to have one of the kids stay with them. Planning was much easier before our "baby" turned 3.
