ME no magic band

We have a member of the party using Magical Express but coming in separately. Due to international shipping I'm not risking mailing her magic band with only 20 days to go. What will she need without the band to get on the bus? They have her flight information as I just got off the phone from adding that information.

Give her the room reservation number and she will be all set to go. She will need to check in at the DME desk by the bus area when she gets there.

Send to her or scan/email to her copies of your advance Magical Express information and/or reservation, for example the DME booklet with vouchers, dates, etc.

For those eavesdropping, do this even if the party arriving separately has their Magic Bands.

If she's on the reservation all she REALLY needs is her ID and knowledge of what resort she's going to.

All she needs is her ID, and the resort reservation number. The CM will look that up, and print her out a voucher...easy peasy.

I have literally walked up with my ID and the name of the resort and they’ve been done with that. No voucher and no reservation number.

I tend to temporarily lose things in my carryon...

I got a paperwork with the info when I received the luggage tags - I just scan that and email to the rest of the party arriving separately.
