ME names?

.... So...... I seem to have lots of little things just not going quite right while planning this trip.... Now that I have made multiple calls for multiple issues with multiple details... I got ME pckg. Today.....4 out of 5 first names are correct, 2 out of the 5 last names are correct, and one name is wrong. MDE is in order, Orbitz booking for room, and correct number of people needing ME ride.... Do I need to keep calling to straighten things out? I fear that any more fiddling will result in more problems....like tickets,FP, etc. ( I can see it happening after all of this) but I have only taken ME. Once,and don't recall details,like does my license need to match my little ride voucher....etc..... We have 2 rooms booked,and one room vacates a day earlier,so you can see I hesitate to further complicate things... It's amazing,some customer service reps are polite,and helpful,others...not at all. I never thought I would get to a point where I just don't want to think About more disney trip details....

I have never had my ID checked when checking in for Magical Express.

If everything on Orbitz's end is correct and it's matching up in MDE, stop calling. Instead, you could go here and redo the ME info. https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/airport-transportation-reservation/

Thanks for the experience...I can redo the info page? I was concerned if doing that would make it all 'blip' and disappear,causing even more problems-

When our flights changed (not that important for the disney-bound flight, but important for the outgoing flight), I went back to that site and redid it, and it was fine. You get a "we got your info" email and then a day or so later you get a "it's all been updated" email.

So it seems like the id shouldn't be a big issue? We have our vouchers.....we're not trying to "pull a fast one" lol, just trying to get a ride! Does it work the same for the ride home? Yeesh,and i thought I knew Disney..... Thanks!

They only ask to see the vouchers not ID
