ME: Is this going to be a problem?

We got two envelopes from ME last week. There are seven of us, five on one flight and two on two different flights.
We are doing a split stay, starting at Pop for a couple days and then moving to WL for the remainder.
One envelope had ME tags and vouchers for four of us with the date of our checkin and Pop.
The other had one voucher, our WL checkin date, and WL tags.
I have waited a couple days to call just in case the correct stuff was en route.
We are four weeks out.
What should I do?
 
There's no problem. DME just doesn't recognize that you are doing a split stay, so you have incoming and outgoing information for both of your reservations.

As long as everyone who is supposed to be using DME is listed, then just use the tags and vouchers that came with your POP information on your way in and use the WL vouchers for your return trip. Throw the WL DME luggage tags away or save them as a souvenir.

If not everyone who is supposed to be using DME is listed, you will need to call and make sure that everyone has a reservation in order for them to use DME.

If there are 7 of you, on two different flights (the different flights aren't an issue) and you only got DME/vouchers for four out of the seven for checkin at Pop, then it's an issue. There are three people that don't have tags or vouchers..and not sure why. Are all the people in the group registered on the room reservations?? Did you make the reservations for everyone?? The packets are sent to the person making the resert reservations...so you should have tags/vouchers for each person in the group.
I would call DME and have them send out tags/vouchers for those who did not receive them....just to be sure they are listed on the reservations. If they are not listed, then they will not be allowed on the bus!!! So, call and doublecheck. and have them send out materials for those who are without.

I followed your advice and called, and thank goodness I did. Someone had done something wrong somewhere in the system, resulting in the second room being cancelled on both our Pop and our WL reservations. Two hours later, I hope it's straightenened out. I am pretty sure the magical express part is still messed up but at least the rooms are right. I hope.

Oh man.....glad you called. Give it a few days and call back to be sure DME is there for everyone who needs it. As long as the right people are listed on the room reservation, they can pull up the reservation at DME checkin and print out new bus vouchers for them. They won't have tags, but that is easily dealt with.
So, call first thing in the week...just to make sure about the right people getting DME tags. And then have them resend the tags so that everyone has one each!!
