ME -- how far out must reserve?

I am trying to get through to MS and it's busy....nothing new there. Anyway, we arrive on Sat. and I think it may be too late to reserve ME. How far out must I reserve this?

I am arriving Thursday and just asked MS for ME on Saturday. No problems. When you sign up this late however you don't get the yellow tags for your checked luggage so you have to get your own bags and bring them to the ME bus.

Yellow tags don't bother us as we like to collect our luggage ourselves anyway so we know it's all there and with us. I know it's something they'll do but it's personal preference. Thank you! I am going to continue trying to get through!
