My brothers family and inlaws are having a family reunion next week at WDW. They changed the people around in one of the rooms last week. Now instead of 2 adults and 2 children, they have 2 adults and 2 teens in the room. When my sister in law made the change to the room reservation, the CM told her that they were all set with the ME vouchers they already have, that as long as the number of people getting on ME was correct, there was no distinction how old they were. She's concerned because they have ADR's for Chef Mickeys soon after they arrive and don't want to be late. Does anyone know? TIA

IT will be fine as they scan the vouchers that you have they don't match up rooms. As long as the people that are on the reservation are still all going it will not make a difference.

Is this true even if thay are not staying at the same resort? I'm not sure exactly what changes they made, ( they live in California so I'll call at a decent hour to find out) I know some of them are staying DVC and some regular resorts.

First, if they are checking luggage, cross out the old resort on the yellow tags and put the correct resort name on the tag.
Second, go to the DME desk when they arrive at MCO orlando and ask for a new voucher that has the correct bar code for the new resort they are staying at. No problem. This happens all the time when folks change resorts at the last minute.

If you received that in timely fashion, bring a photocopy (or the original) of the room reservation papers for where you are finally booked.

OK, spoke to DSIL. All involved are staying at the same resort so luggage is not the issue ( even if they have to move it). They're worried that the DME driver won't let them board if they have obviously older kids with them then the DME vouchers show ( although I don't remember ever seeing ages listed on the voucher:confused3 ) Maybe they can tell when they scan it? I don't know. I'm going to have to tell her they may miss the Chef Mickey's if they're substantially late.
