You can pay Mears to transport a guest to WDW. They'll probably transport the person on a DME bus. Four guests will get you 8 luggage tags which should be enough for 5 people. HOWEVER

DME doesn't change the room occupancy limits. It's not enough that you're cheating Disney but you want them to transport the "illegal" guest for free? ;)

Magical Express provides transportation and luggage transfers between Orlando International Airport and Disney-operated WDW resort hotels and Disney Vacation Clubs. Magical Express doesn't "put people into rooms."

Every guest who is booked for Magical Express must first be booked in a WDW resort room. The maximum guest capacity of a room determines the number of guests that can be registered to that room -- and thus the number of possible Magical Express reservations tied to that room.

If the question is whether it's possible to sneak a 5th person onto the Magical Express coach if a 5th person is being snuck into a room meant for 4, the answer is no.

I also think the answer is "NO". When you book you receive the vouchers for ME, one for each guest. They will check those vouchers when you check in to ride the bus. I guess the question is....are you actually sneaking a 5th person into the room or is it a child under the required age? You probably would have enough luggage tags, but how do you get around the one voucher per person?

We usually rent a compact car and put 1 person in the trunk. Each passenger then holds 1 or 2 suitcases on their lap. Much faster than ME. :rotfl2:
Just a thought: Is this why the Disney buses are often overcrowed? :confused3 Do you think they base the bus service in part on legal resort occupancy? :rotfl:
